Hello Dalene and Hethir, I have been using the Natural Fertility Shop supplements now for 6 months. On my 1st month I did the Fertility Cleanse, after that I started a regime that I outlined below. I decided upon this route b/c I have had 9 MC and the last 3 of them all in a row while under the care of a Fertility Specialist. (I MC at approximately 5-8 weeks) I had almost given up hope, then I found this site. So the reason for this post, my DH and I are planning on TTC again at the end of this 6th month. I was hoping you could help me figure out what to stay on and what to drop when we start TTC again. I planned on staying on the Zymessence as recommended under your Recurrent Miscarriage Link. I thought I would also stay on the L-arginine thinking it will help keep up the increased circulation to the uterus, along with the Fish Oil and Prenatal. I'm guessing, as implied by its name, that I should drop the Pregnancy Prep as it sounds like its a supplement only used in preparation for pregnancy. By the way I just love the product Pregnancy Prep! It has done wonders for my cycle. If there is anything else you might recommend that I add while TTC I would love to hear about it. This is my daily supplement schedule:
6:30 am wake up take: 1 Zymessence on empty stomach
8:30 am morning break at work have healthy breakfast with: 2 Pregnancy Preps, 1 L-arginine and 1 Omega
12:00 pm have lunch at work: 1 L-arginine
2:30 pm afternoon break at work: 1 Zymessence on empty stomach
6:00 pm dinner: 1 L-arginine and 1 Prenatal
8:30 pm: 2 Pregnancy Preps and 1 Omega
10:00 pm bed time: 1 Zymessence on empty stomach
