So I've read on this site, as well as many other sites, about the benefits of acupuncture while trying to conceive. My acupunturist also does cupping (blood letting). This has been suggested to me by friends. Do you think it would be safe to do both at the same time (not literally). Can one cleanse too much or too fast? Thanks!

When it comes to cleansing, make sure to ease into it. Cupping can be beneficial to help cleanse the body. Personally I do not like it, but that is just because of the huge bruises you have afterward. I would rather take liver herbs and drink fresh vegetables juices personally.

Yes, the bruising and blood has always been the main reason I've never tried it. However, I have friends who have nothing but good things to say after getting it which is what peaked my interest. Now when you say "ease into it" regarding cleansing...I need details lol. I've been doing the PCOS diet and I'm seeing great results thank God! I'm exercising everyday, and planned to continue with my acupuncture while waiting for my fertility cleanse to come- it'll take a month as I'm abroad. I wanted to also do the cupping sometime before summer but not close to my acupuncture sessions. My problem is I don't want to be stagnant...meaning I want to keep progressing and moving forward in my cleanses and health. Could I be doing too much?
