after fertility clense

So I am just about done with my clense. I have one day left till my cycle comes. So what should I start taking when I am done? Also I was wondering what do you think of FertilAid for women? Thanks in advance for the answers!

FertilAid is not our product, I have no experience with it. Maybe someone else can answer that question.
Without knowing what your fertility challenges or goals are it is hard to say what may be best for you to take next.
