Caster Oil packs - after period till ovulation
Hypnosis CD and meditation
EPO and Royal Jelly after period till ovulation
Vitex and natural progesterone - day 12 till day 28 of cycle (as suggested by a hormone specialist)
I hope I'm on the right track with what I'm doing? Is there anything else I should do? The one thing I'm really concerned about is that I get period cramps about a week before period (what's that about)? I'm also working on getting rid of all the negative thought's I have every month (I get these nagging negative thoughts
