anovulation and bbt charting

Does it make sense or is it necessary to chart my bbt if I am sure that I am not ovulating??

Hi ilvi8587 ,
It would be best to get your cycle to regulate and to get your body to start ovulating, the Vitex and Dong Quai may help a lot with this. Then begin charting once your cycle becomes more consistent.
