Is Astaxanthin (BioAstin) safe to take durring pregnancy? It say it contains 65 iu of Vitamin A, 10 iu of Vitamin E, 4 mg of Natural Astaxanthin and 40 mcg of Lutein per capsule.

I am not familiar with this product, please ask your doctor if this is safe to take during pregnancy.
