Hi there,

I am new to all of this so I am hoping I am in the right place.

I am 24 years old, have a 3 year old and have been actively trying to conceive for over 20 months now. In August 2010 I went for key hole surgery to investigate possible reasons for us not being able to conceive and after removing endometriosis and a dye study my gyno told me my left tube is blocked and my right is slightly open and has since referred us to an IVF clinic as her advise was that she "highly doubts" that we will be able to conceive naturally. As IVF is expensive and not the 'ideal' way to have a baby, I am seeking other options and over the past few days have been amazed (and overwhelmed) with information I have found on naturalfertilityshop.com however I am quite confused as well. So I was wondering if I could get some advise as to what would/could be an option for me. I have read a lot on L Arginine, Zymessence, Royal Jelly, Maca and your Fertility Cleanse and Fallopian Wise Kits.

Thank you so much for your reply. I have been researching so much since discovering your Natural Fertility website and community. I am a bit overwhelmed to be honest. I have been looking in particular at Royal Jelly, Maca and L Arginine, are these all suitable to be taken together? Along with the Fertility cleanse and zymessence? I apologize for all these questions however I would really like to know as much as possible before starting. Your website has been so helpful and has provided information and a place to discuss it, I would otherwise not know about. Do u suggest doing the Fallopian Wise straight away or do you think that I could possibly benefit from doing the Fertility Cleanse first?

I just realized that I did not answer your questions..

Yes I am ovulating. A few months ago my gyno sent me for a Day 21 test and was impressed with my results, she said they were very good. I have been quite confused lately as I normally have a regular cycle of 28 days however my last cycle was 35 days so I am not entirely sure when to expect my period this month.

Yes those are fine to use together, and may be taken during the Fertility Cleanse Kit and while using Zymessence. Be sure to take Zymessence on an empty stomach (follow directions exactly).

You do not have to do the cleanse first, but in general we feel that it is a great way to create a healthy foundation for hormonal health and uterine health. The FallopianWise Fertility Kit may be done at the same time as the cleanse.
