I have unexplained infertility. I have perfect 29-30 day cycles, ovulate every month and have a beautiful bbc chart with a small dip right before ovulation, and a full rise immediately after. I have started taking red raspberry leaf extract this month as well as continued taking vitex which I have been taking for 2 months now. I also started the self fertility message. now this month i got the predictable dip before ovulation, but for the last two days my temperature has been sitting at 97.8 which makes me believe that I did not ovulate. I also have slight cramping/bloating around my ovaries for the past couple of days. can either the Vitex or the red raspberry leaf prevent me from ovulating? Whats going on with my cycle this month?

Red Raspberry may cause slight uterine contractions, this is one way it strengthens the uterus, for a select few women who may be more reactive to this herb than others it may be best avoided after ovulation.
