Can I just do the Uterus Cleanse and how do I do that?

Postby trijane » Mon Mar 16, 2009

I recently did a Liver Detox program that was three weeks long. It is a program that I have done before and we beleive that is how we got pregnant with our son a few years ago. Since our last healhty pregnancy four years ago, we have had two miscarriages and that is why we did the detox again. Irronically I got pregnant agian during this last cleanse, but I miscarried very soon after we found out ( I was only 4weeks and 1 day). I am hoping the miscarriage was because of the cleanse and not because of me. I was stupid to not use protection while we were cleansing.
I am hoping that our chances are better in the next couple months now that we have completed the liver cleanse and will continue to strengthen our bodies and eat healthy. We finished the program one week ago.
After looking at the fertilty cleanse on this site, I am wondering if it would benifit me to do the second half of the fertility cleanse -"Cleansing the Uterus" . I listed below the supplements I was looking at and I was wondering if I can do all these at once and how I would incorporate the "cleansing of the uterus" program with the other supplements. Our plan is to take this cycle off and start trying in May.
Also, my cycles are long such as 40-50 days long. Will any of the supplements below help with shorting my cycles too? I was also told I had a small cyst on my left ovary and that it was othing ot worry about. Should I take anything for that or can I count on the clease to have helped me. The last time we did the clease the cyst went away and we got pregnant with our son.
Overall...
Is there anything that you recomend in addition or different to the choices below?
Can and should i just do the uterus cleanse if I have already done a liver detox that included a special diet similar to your fertility diet. I am also still trying to fallow the diet and I am going to start incorporating the fertility diet as well.

Here are the supplements I am looking at....

Maca Powder 7.1oz (or tabs)

Pregnancy Prep -One month supply

Conceptions Tea

Women’s Best Friend

Baby and Me Multivitamin (90Tabs)

Hoping for a successful pregnancy soon!

Hi trijane,

You could do the second part of the Fertility Cleanse. The second phase of the Fertility Cleanse is focusing on the uterus and the ovaries. This portion of the program ( days 17 – your period) is all about tonifying and clearing congestion. This part of the cleanse uses Women’s Best Friend + Conception Tea.

Women's Best Friend takes down pain and swelling caused from endometriosis and fibroids so you start feeling better right away. Women's Best Friend goes to the source of the problem, helping to reduce excess estrogen that fuels abnormal growths, and stimulating liver activity for improved estrogen metabolism. It works with your body's natural detoxification processes to clear congested endometrial tissues and fibroids while reducing symptoms like abnormal bleeding.

Conceptions Tea is an herbal tea that contains herbs that normalize, tone, and nourishes the female reproductive system while supporting hormone balance.

If you are looking to regulate your cycle Pregnancy Prep may be better for you than Women's Best Friend. It has both Vitex and Dong Quai which are excellent in regulating menstruation over time (3-6 months and beyond for optimum results). Pregnancy Prep is a great blend for women who want to boost there general fertility and enhance there chances of conception.

In women, Maca works by controlling estrogen in the body. Estrogen levels that are high or low at the wrong time can keep a woman from becoming pregnant or keep her from carrying to term. Excess estrogen levels also cause progesterone levels to become too low. Taking maca may help to increase the progesterone levels which are essential to carrying a healthy pregnancy. Maca would really be good for anyone preparing or trying to become pregnant. It is a healthy food which can be taken daily.

You begin to take the supplements you have listed after the liver cleanse. You can take the Baby and Me Prenatal Mult-vitamin during the cleanse. I think it would be best to choose whether the Pregnancy Prep or Women's Best Friend would be most beneficial for your personal situation.

I already made my order and got

Women's Best Friend
Conception Tea
Caster Oil Kit
Fertility Maca Starter Kit
Baby and Me Multivitamin

I am pretty sure I have a ovarian Cyst still on my left side. I had one remove in 2004 and it came back less than a year later. After doing a liver cleanse that year, it went a way and I got pregnant with our son. Since then it has come back and has shown up on the ultra sounds each time I have gotten news that I miscarried again.
I am hoping this combination will not only help me with balancing my homones, but will help with my cyst (if it is still there). I have not had it looked at since I did the liver detox last month.
I was really tempted to get the Pregnancy Preg, but the cost for everything was adding up and I had to make a choice. I was thinking I might try the Pregnancy Prep after I finish the uterus cleanse. Or can I just take
Vitex and Dong Quai alone with the other supplements? I am mostly interested in the Vitex as I have heard many great things about it. But overal, I really feel I should try this uterus cleanse first and then work on shortening my cycles. Am I right?

Hi trijane,

Looks good. Vitex may be a great idea for regulating your cycle and blood flow during menstruation.

Oh and yes do the cleanse first then focus on regulating your cycle. The cleanse needs to be started the day after your period ends.

you said "start the clease the day after my period ends"....

But since I am just doing the uterus cleanse, it says to start on day 17-period.
I have long cycles (40+ days long). Should I start closer to when I ovulate or does it matter if I do the uterus clease longer if I start on day 17 all the way through to day 40 when my period shows up. And do I stop when my period starts?
Let me know ASAP. I am almost done with my period (just spotting now) and I just got an email that they just shipped my order. I would like to start the uterus clease this cycle. Remember that I already did a liver cleanse last cycle.

Hi trijane,

If you know when you ovulate, you may want to begin the uterus cleansing after you ovulate until you being your period. Rest while on your period, meaning don't take anything in the cleanse while you are menstruating. Hope that clears things up! Sorry I forgot you were just going to do the uterus cleanse.

Thank you. That's what I needed to know. That makes sence. Can I still take some of the other supplements while on my period right such as the Maca and Chates Berry?

For best results the Fertility Cleanse should be completed in its entirety. The liver cleansing phase is very important to your fertility as the liver cleanses toxins and excess hormones from the body, which has a big impact on ovulation, menstrual cycle, and overall health.

Trijani completed a liver cleanse recently so adding the uterine cleanse section to the end of the cleansing she has already done makes sense.
