Need your help on zymessence again. Continued from my other post, my doctor told me that they found 3rd degree endometriosis during the lap and had them removed, but the recurrence is 100%.
Now I've been taking zymessence for two weeks. I also started taking probiotics since it's said to be good for endometriosis conditions.
The question is, can I take both supplements simutaneously? They both need taking on empty stomach, 2~3 times a day, it's hard for me to space them out, so i take both at the same time. Is it ok to do so? Will it reduce the effect?

Hi Jasmine,

It would be best to NOT take them together. I know it is hard, but it would be best to take Zymessence first, wait a half an hour then take the probiotic. It is more important to take the Zymessence on an empty stomach than the probiotic.
