I've been doing the castor oil packs as Hethir showed on the website for the last week or so and I am now having some new sensations in my abdomin area. Could this mean that they are working? What should I expect when doing these packs. Can someone please share with me their results?

Hi BettyBoop,
Could you be more specific on what sensations you are feeling?
Thanks!

Could someone list what to expect from these castor oil packs? Side effects? That would be very helpful.

How often can one do the castor oil packs? Is it best to abstain from using them during menstruation?

Hi ladies,
Royaldoe- If you have developed a rash, you may want to discontinue use of the Castor Oil, you may be having an allergic reaction.
Let me know.

Silly me I hit submit too soon.
Don't use the Castor Oil packs during menstruation.
You could do the packs up to three times a day, everyday.
All the Best,

If you are trying to conceive should you stop doing the castor oil pack once you've ovulated or do you continue donig it until you confirm pregnancy?
