I have been doing the Castor Oil pack 3 - 4 time a week for about 30 - 50 minutes. This morning I took time to read and left the pack on for an hour and a half. Is there an amount of time that is too long for the packs?

Also, I imagine that the pack is helping to remove toxins, is an enema a good compliment to the fertility clense?

I would not recommend them for longer than 1.5 hours. No harm done, but it is not necessary. Doing enemas along with the cleanse would be great. During the enema you may feel nauseous so make sure to allow time for resting afterward and drink plenty of water.
