Hello,
Anyone tried the castor oil pack yet? I have been diagnosed with two ovarian cysts december 08, and since then they have shrunk and grown back again. I am on vitex, maca, and dong quai. I did my first castor oil pack today and noticed a bunch of growling in my stomach and lower abdomen area..is this normal? How long do results take before this can help dissolve a cyst? Also will it help bring back your period?I havent had a period in 5 months!

I have been applying the packs 2x a week. I do notice some light menstral cramping but no growling.

I'm also interested in doing the castor oils packs and would like to know what to expect? Sounds, pains, cramping, tingling...and how long should one be experiencing this?

What are the castor oil packs? and what do you do with them?
