Castor oil treatment: how often?

I'm on day 1 of my fertility cleanse, day 5 of the fertility diet. I'd like to do the castor oil packs, but am wondering how often I should do them. Every day? Every other day? Thanks!

Castor Oil packs are most beneficial when used atleast 5 times a week.
After the cleanse if you are actively trying to conceive only do the packs from after your period ends up to ovulation, incase you become pregnant.
