i was wondering if anyone could awnser this i kinda posted this as a response to another topic but anyways here goes:
if you have pcos what is the most acurate way to chart, salivia, bbt, opk i know that i can check my cervical mucus but that can be easy to m iss
and i already know that MY cervical position cant be trusted it does crazy things and can feel open then closed so - please give me any advice

The most accurate way to track your cycle is BBT. If you have PCOS, do not waste your money on the ovulation predictor tests unless you're taking an IF med such as Femara or Clomid. Those tests do not work for us due to our screwed up hormones :) The instructions actually warn that the tests can be inaccurate if you have PCOS. You could get a positive when in fact you're not ovulating, and vice versa.

I just started temping this cycle and its incredibly easy and informative. I highly recommend it, I use fertilityfriend.com, its free (or you can pay for the VIP membership). Temps don't often lie....they can be affected by illnesses, different waking times, etc. but it is the best way to track your cycle.
