Hi. I bought the fertility cleanse and SFM. My cycle is usually from 31-39 days and i am expecting my AF any day from now. Been TTC for 22 mos. I am required to do a dye(HSG) test on the 10th day of my coming cycle. Is it safe to do the Dye while on fertility cleanse. Can you please confirm if i can take zymessence while on fertility cleanse. Thanks!

Don't do the Self Fertility Massage for a few weeks before or after your dye testing. Zymessence is safe to use during the cleanse. It may be best to wait until after your test is done to begin the cleanse, your next cycle. This kind of testing is stressful on your entire body, physically, mentally and emotionally. Cleansing is also a little stressful, but in a good way, but not combining them may be best and healthiest for you.
