Hi there,

I just received my cleanse and can't wait to start it. My cycle is really unpredictable and not sure when I should start the cleanse. I'm on day 55 and I never know when it's going to come. Should I just pick a day? Another question is, I know it rids the body of excess estrogen, but does it also get rid of excess FSH??

The Fertility Cleanse Kit will help your body, specifically your liver to rid itself of all excess hormones and toxins that have built up.

If you don't have a regular cycle just pick a day you would like to start the cleanse. If your period begins in the middle of the cleanse, just stop taking the products during menstruation and then pick up where you left off.
