Is it beneficial to continue drinking conceptions tea after the cleanse? How about the women's best friend capsule and liver flushing tea, can they be taken after the cleanse too?

The liver flushing tea has some strong herbs in it. I suggest only drinking it consistently for 2 weeks. If you did not use it all during the cleanse I would save it for 6 months and then you could use it again. It is good to give your body a rest from cleansing, this tea is designed to cleanse your liver.

It is ok to continue the Women's Best Friend and the Conceptions Tea. These two may be very beneficial to continue, depending on what fertility challenges you have.

It is fine to use this cleanse post-surgery, but it is important to wait for a minimum of 2 weeks after the operation. It would be best to give your body a month to heal on its own and get a bit of energy back before cleansing.

I am on Day 6 and am just finishing my period. I plan to start the Liver Cleanse tomorrow. Is it accurate that I should do Part 1 from Days 7- 17, then Part 2 from Days 18- start of period? If my period is irregular and starts anywhere from Day 35- 45, should I continue on with Phase 2 for that long? I read in some threads that there is a Phase 3 or rest period. I am a little confused with the timing of it all since my cycles are longer.

Also, for the Liver Cleansing tea, it says 2 cups 2x a day but the directions use 3 cups of water and not 2. What is the proper dosage? Can the teas (Liver and Conception) be made in bigger batches ahead of time and stored in the fridge or does it need to be a freshly brewed cup each time?

Phase 3 is your next period (resting phase).

The Conceptions Tea and Women's Best Friend may or may not last that long, it is fine to continue on with them for as long as possible.

The directions that come with the cleanse are designed for specific use just for the cleanse, ignore the product label.

The teas could be made ahead and strored in the fridge, not more than a couple days.
