I am a little confused about the fertility massage. I have been doing the massage since the end of my period, but I am confused if I should or shouldn't stop after ovulation. The DVD says you should stop if you think you are pregnant, and on this site it says you should stop after ovulation. Which one is correct?

just to add, if the massage needs to stop after ovulation, is there any part of the massage that is safe to continue with after ovulation?

Hi Rebecca,

If you are actively trying to conceive you should stop the Self Fertility Massage after ovulation incase you become pregnant. It is fine to continue if you do not think you are pregnant.
