Cramp bark and Partridge berry

Hey Dalene and Hethir,
I was just wondering if you could suggest a site/store where I might confidently purchase the other two suggested herbs used in your miscarriage prevention tincture? The Fertility Shop sells the Vitex but I did not see that you carry Cramp bark or Partridge berry. I have come to trust your site and your products I can not say the same about other sites. Your site always boasts of carrying the highest quality and most potent herbs and supplements available. Maybe you could some day add the Cramp bark and Partridge berry to the Fertility Shop?! Thanks so much for all you do, mstross

Hi mstross,

The reason we do not carry those other herbs is because this formula would be best done under the supervised care of a practitioner. Miscarriage is nothing to mess around with, and the risk and liability for these herbs is greater than the other theraputic herbs we sell. Threatened Miscarriage is an acute problem that needs to be addressed by a professional midwife or herbalist that has adequate training in dosage and montoring the mothers condition. We can help provide information to let you know there are options out there that may help prevent miscarriage in some situations, we are not here to treat you. Thank you in advance for your understanding. We are considering selling crampbark for other reasons such a menstrual cramps. Thanks for the suggestions.

Here are some good websites that sell herbs(they are high quality): Mountain Rose Herbs http://www.mountainroseherbs.com/index2.html

Herb Pharm: http://herb-pharm.com/

You may also be able to get these at your local health food store or your local herbalist.

Hey Dalene,
I completely understand. I have had 9 MC and know the realities of them. Once one starts there is nothing that can stop it if it is to happen. I have been very blessed to have found a Fertility Specialist that specializes in recurrent miscarriages and actually supports my efforts to find alternative therapies. Ideally however, I would like to find a herbalist close to me so we could all work together. Even though my specialist supports me in my decision he admits he does not know much about my choices. He is willing to learn and I have to give him respect for that, I am luckier than most. You and Hethir are also a part of my journey and I want to thank you so much for all your hard work and research you make available to all of us. Please don't worry about me I am working closely with my doctor in all things and wouldn't have it any other way. mstross
