Hi,
Can Evening Primrose oil capsules be taken a long with the Ovarianwise kit? I just wanted to make sure it's safe because I started on the evening primrose oil capsules three days ago, and my package should be arriving soon. Please advise.

Yes that would be fine. EPO should only be used from the time after your period ends up to ovulation. Let us know how you feel while using this kit.

I started on my OvarianWise Cyst pack today. Took 3 Zymanessence, 2 Dim capsules, and Had the Castor Oil pack on for about an hour. My question is in regards to the Progesterone Cream. My period has been irregular and I haven't had one for almost 2 months now. The instructions on the progesterone cream says to use on day 10 of my cycle. Do I just wait it out till I get my period to start using the Progesterone cream?

That is up to you. You can induce a cycle using a loading dose, but if you have cycles and they are just irregular and you haven't missed your period for a really long time I am not sure this would be best for you.

Progesterone Cream may be used as directed, when used in this way consistently it may help to create a cycle. Learning to chart your cycle may be very helpful for you to know when to use the cream.

It may be easiest to begin it after you get your period and then count out the days appropriately.

I am on the ovarianwise kit, and I started the progesterone on day 10 of my cycle as instructed. My issue is on day 19 i had a period again and I wasn't sure if I was to stay on the progesterone till day 26? if my period came early. Please advise.

Stop the cream while on your period. Do not begin it again until after you ovulate next.

I am currently on the Ovarianwise Kit and I just received my Maca capsules and Fem Rebalance Supplement and I would just like to know when I'm advised to take it (maybe a schedule plan to take all of them daily and if it's safe to combine the supplements on a daily basis).

I didn't forget about you...just was having trouble finding the suggested dosage for the Fem Rebalance. Please follow directions for all of the products by the lable. Follow the instrucitons that came with the OvarianWise Fertility Kit. Do not use the Zymessence at the same time as the other products (it has to be taken on an empty stomach to be effective). So take the maca, Fem Rebalance and other supplements at a different time from the Zymessence. Hope this makes sense. They all may be combined safely everyday. If you are actively trying to conceive only use Fem Rebalance up to ovulation and not after, same with the castor oil packs and DIM. These products would be best used consistently for 3 months while not trying to conceive, but if you need to try then you must!
