Hello,

I recently bought both DIM and Roayl Jelly caps from your website. I am on CD 4 today. My question is: Can I take both together? Also, Royal Jelly from which day of the cycle should I start it and then till when should I take it
(in a cycle)?

Hi Noorjahan,

Royal Jelly and DIM should be taken all month long. Yes they are safe to take at the same time. Be sure to take DIM with meals.

Royal Jelly has the propensity to mimic estrogen, DIM removes estrogen from the body, something to think about. Royal Jelly is so packed with nutrition that it may not matter to you.

Thanks for the reply. I have small uterine fibroid and had cysts in ovaries in the past. I started to take DIM already, I was waiting on the Royal Jelly. I have delayed ovaluation problem and thus longer cycle. So, hopefully, Royal Jelly will help with that too even though if it mimics estrogen while I am trying to get rid of excess! Very confusing and annoying actually. But many thanks for your reply and I will start taking RJ soon!
