I miscarried at 12 weeks at the end of April. I miscarried naturally and then took pills to make sure the miscarriage was complete. My doctor said I need to wait two cycles to try again. I am thinking of beginning the cleanse when (or rather, right after) I get the first period, and then we will try to get pregnant again after I get my second period. Does this sound right? Is it safe to start trying right after the cleanse ends?

So you would like to start trying to get pregnant on your next ovulation cycle after the cleanse is over. That should be alright, as your body will be cleansing the entire month and during your next period during the cleansing phase. It might also be nice to wait until after your next menstrual cycle after the one at the end of the cleanse. That way your body has time to fully rest after the cleanse. It is not unsafe to try and conceive right after the cleanse.
