Hi JennS,
With cleansing of any kind depression and emotional sensitivity are common. This could be caused from toxins being released, not drinking enough water (make sure 8 glasses a day, minimum) and hormonal shift and adjustment. Be gentle on yourself, take it easy when possible. Sweating helps eliminate toxins, take a hot bath, go for a vigorous walk, dance. It sounds to me like you are doing everything you should.
