Hi there,
I have been doing the fertility massage for two nights now and really love it! I like to do it when I lay down for bed at night and relax before turning the lights out and having a good sleep.
The first night I woke up twice feeling as though I would be sick and almost doing just that but was able to breathe it out and let it pass. This morning I also experienced it, almost vomiting on my bedroom floor
I was wondering if this could be due to the fertility massage that I was doing the night before? It isn't morning sickness as I am not sexually active. It is strange, I've never had this before.

Self Fertility Massage does promote healthy digestion, this new massage of your abdomen may have everything flowing which may be a bit discomforting at first. Be sure not to eat or consume liquids around the time you are doing the massage.

Thankfully I haven't had a reoccurrence of this nauseousness. Thankyou for your answer.

Seeing I was doing the liver cleanse around that same time, I think it was just all the toxins coming out of my body in waves, causing me to feel sick. Which really means that it was working! It has gone now which is the main thing.

I really love the fertility massage but would like to know the reasons behind not doing it through menstruation? Wouldn't it just help the uterus to expel all of the uterine lining?

Sorry it took so long to reply-

Some of the techniques of the SFM pull up on the uterus, the opposite
direction of the menstrual flow. You could do the massage, but leave
out any technique that moves from the pubic bone towards the belly
button.

I love the fertillity massage..but since I am bleeding for weeks and months..I can not do it that often..
but now you are saying we can.. if we make sure to do it like you explain?
can I do it even during heavy menstruation?

I also just found out I have cysts.. I wrote you an email again
so I wount ask here, I will wait for a reply there so you dont have to answer twice..unless you want me to ask here on the forum? under cysts?
