I ordered Fertility Cleaners and I am waiting for my period to start for I can start the Fertility Cleaners I really want to have a baby. Very often I miss my period for couple month, so I decided to start with fertility Cleaners and after PCOS kit + Primorose for second month and after Fertilica Omega+ Pregnancy preparation Kit, I hope I did a right choice and if you think I should add anything to it let me know please. If you do not have a period, you can start the Fertility Cleanse Kit on any day you would like. It is ok to do the Fertility Cleanse even if you are not having a period. Just count out the days as if you did have a menstrual cycle.

Be sure to eat a PCOS Diet in addition to all of the other things you are doing. This will help the remedies to work better with your body, the diet will help your body to not be insulin resistant. We recommend using the PCOS Fertility Kit for 3 months minimum. Each kit comes with a one month supply of products. If you choose to take the Vitex at the same time as the Pregnancy Prep which contains Vitex as well, be sure you are not exceeding the recommended dosage of 1,000mg of Vitex a day.
