I have not had a cycle in over a year and I just began the fertility cleanse (I'm on day 6 now). I have been told by my acupunturist that I have blood deficiency and not currently ovulating and I was wondering if cleanse would help bring back AF as well as regulate my hormones. I ordered the improve egg health along with the fertility cleanse and I'm wondering if I should order the Fertilica Vitex and the blood builder to take also to help correct my issues. Can I take the Fertilica Vitex and Blood Builder along with the cleanse?

The Fertilica Vitex also contains some Dong Quai which may be great for blood defficiency. Dong Quai works by promoting blood flow to the pelvis where it will stimulate an absent or scanty period. It also nourishes the blood (it is in nearly all Chinese herbal blood-building formulas). Treats iron deficiency and anemia. Vitex and Dong Quai should not be taken during the Fertility Cleanse.

Blood Builder is fine to take during the cleanse.

Thanks for the quick response. I just orderd both the vitex and the blood builder so I will begin using the blood builder as soon as I get it. I'm really hoping my cycle returns after the cleanse and maybe I won't need to use the vitex. Since I will begin the egg health kit after the cleanse can I use the vitex with the egg health kit?

Vitex may be used with the products in the Improve Egg Health Kit.

Thanks. I have now completed the cleanse and AF has not yet arrived. Should I keep taking the conceptions tea and woman's best friend? If yes, can I take it along with the Improve egg health kit?

Some women do not get their period at the end of the cleanse, that is fine. You may continue the Women's Best Friend and Conceptions Tea with the Improve Egg health Kit.
