Hi, I have some questions about the cleanse. I ordered, but it says to start on the 1st day of your period. I had a period on July 3 and July 20. This has never happened to me before. I just had bloodwork done that showed high fsh levels and am doing another to also check hormone levels. I am 39, have one child who is 15 months old. I would like to conceive again and thought the cleanse would be a good idea. My main question is when do I start the cleanse since I haven't had a cycle in almost 2 months? Thanks, Sal

Hi Sal,

Even if you do not get your period regularly it is fine to begin the cleanse on whatever day you choose. You would just count the days out as if you did have a normal cycle. Day 1-5 is your period. Day 6-17 is phase 2. Day 18- your period is phase 3.

I finally started my cycle on Wed. Hopefully again in November. Thanks for your help..
