I've asked this question before but not sure if anyone saw it. Can anyone tell me what they think is happening (maybe Dalene or Hethir) with my bbt readings. They seem to go up and down constantly and i can not really see a temp shift for ovulation. I have been charting for 6 cycles now and have been taking maca1/2-1 T, vitex 640mg, bee pollen, royal jelly, efa, dong quoi, spirulina and prenatal. Should i increase anything or just give it some more time? I was diagnosed in 2007 with POF. Is there anything else i should be doing?

Hi Carmen,

It is hard to speculate on your chart without actually seeing it. Is it online? I know we have some chart experts on this board that will be happy to chime in.
