Hi Carrie,

Wow, I could go on and on about why you should not use Mineral Oil on your skin. "Mineral oil or liquid petroleum is a by-product in the distillation of petroleum to produce gasoline and other petroleum based products from crude oil."* Your skin is the largest organ in the body, it protects us from many harmful things, but it also absorbs much of what we put on it. I would not want to put a by-product of petroleum on my body. Mineral oil absorbs slowly into the skin. Mineral oil can clog pores, pores also eliminate toxins from our bodies. Clogging them makes it harder for our bodies to rid of toxins and waste. To learn more about Mineral Oil go to this link: http://www.herballuxuries.com/mineral-oil.htm I really loved this article because it sums up everything I would like to say but don't have the time or room to write about.

Sesamae oil has wonderful benefits and is highly absorbed through the skin. Sesamae oil reduces oxidation thus helps prevent sun damage to skin. It is also low in impurities. It is also high in monounsaturated fat.

There are tons of great massage oils out there- sweet almond, grapeseed, hazelnut, jojoba, coconut, macadamia nut, try one out or combine them.

Dalene,
Thank you for the link about the mineral oil it was very informative,my husband uses baby oil in his bath every day and I am giving him that article to read. Do you have any reccomendations for sites to purchase massage oils that are safer to use,I would really appreciate it. Thank you and Hethir again for all of the great bits of information and support.

Hi Tania,

I do not know how to do this. Maybe do a search on Google, as this forum and site are focused on Natural Fertility.

Hi Cheska,

I just answered this question on the website but I am pasting it here so it can help others who may find it. Here is a suggested program you could look into.
Month 1: Fertility Cleanse You can learn more here: http://natural-fertility-info.com/prepa ... conception
Month 2+: FallopianWise Kit You can learn more here: http://natural-fertility-info.com/block ... pian-tubes

Also it would be a good idea to find out from the doctor if your husband also has it as it may also cause scar tissue damage in his reproductive system as well.

I recently started the massage. Right off the bat, I started having bowel movements every day, which is pretty amazing for me as I have chronic constipation. I notice that some days my organs feel tighter and more painful to the touch. Is that normal? I also have some soreness, similar to exercise soreness, is that also normal, too?
thanks

Hi promete,

All of what you are discribing sounds perfectly normal. It is great that you are having regular bowel movements!

When you are having soreness don't press as hard when doing the massage.

All the Best,
