Hi to all,

I just received my fertility cleanse kit. I am going to start after my period is over on day 6. According to the directions, it says to take the Milk Thistle tincture, Liver Capsules, and Liver tea from day 6 to day 17. Should I continue to take these items while I go into the last phase in which I take the Women's Best Friend and Conceptions Tea or should I stop the 3 2nd phase items dealing with cleansing of my liver at day 17 and just take the last two items for cleansing of my uterus on the third phase of the cleanse which is from day 17 to my period. But what if in case my period is late? Can it be induced with progesterone or should it come on as a result of stopping the cleansing herbs? Also, I heard that it is best to wait to have sex after the cleanse instead of while I am on the cleanse in case I fall pregnant because it could b harmful to the baby. Is this right? Thanks

1. Stop the liver cleansing phase on day 17, begin the Women's Best Friend and Conceptions Tea.

2. It is not guranteed that your period will come on after the cleanse. If you have irregular periods and are interested in learning how to induce a menstrual cycle using natural Progesterone Cream, please read our Progesterone Fertility Guide: http://natural-fertility-info.com/progesterone-fertility-guide

If you have a regular cycle I am not sure using the progesterone is a good idea, just to bring on one cycle.

3. It is best to not try and conceive while on the Fertility Cleanse. Cleansing during pregnancy releases toxins that could harm the baby. Also, it is not recommended to cleanse while breastfeeding.

Hi,i started my fertility cleanse on 24 of march and i notice that i've been spotting scince then is it ok to do the castor oil pack if i'm spotting

Hi Hethir , thanks for your speedy responce,i started the cleanse 2 days ago on day six of my cycle and now i'm spotting so do you recommend still doing the castor oil pack?

I just purchased the fertility Cleanse and the Fertility SMoothie packet. I am goin to do the 21 day challenge. Can I use the supplements/herbs in teh smoothie packet while on the clense. I also have the Omega's I am already taking. Do I need to stop these while on the cleanse?

It is best to use the Fertility Cleanse Kit first, then the FibroWise Remedy Kit the day after your period ends at the end of the cleanse.

I started the cleanse 9 days ago on day 6 of my cycle, however i was unaware I shouldnt TTC while doing the cleanse and I did during my ovulation period. Should I stop the cleanse and wait for my period?and if it comes and I wasn't successfull should I start the cleanse over next month?

Yes. If you think you may be pregnant please stop the cleanse and if your period begins start the cleanse over the day after your period ends.
