What is the consensus on excercising while trying to conceive? I would like to start up my daily routien again using the Barry's Bootcamp DVDs. This is high cardio, low impact using resistance training. Is it a good idea to be doing this? The program alternates upper and lower body workouts each day. At my peak I was doing 2+ hrs a day. Any suggestions?
