Hey something weird just happened to me that has never happened before. I ordered my fertility cleanse and it got to me on the morning of my CD8 so I started taking the liver cleansing part right away. On CD11 I started another period. It was just like my regular periods that last 4 days and it was fresh blood, no dark blood or clots. I've been ttc for 7 months now and I chart. My periods are regular and my hormonal shifts are easy to read on my charts. So what I am wondering is if this type of thing is normal, to be having a period a week after I just had one, while taking the fertility cleanse. I've been doing the self fertility massage dvd and exercising along with the cleanse. This whole period thing weirded me out so I stopped everything I was doing till I find out what was causing this period. I know I only took the cleanse for a few days till I stopped, but I hope to continue it. Can someone please solve this mystery for me?

This is odd, as no one has said this has happened to them during the cleanse. Cleansing the liver may cause some hormonal shift, but you had only been cleansing for a few days.

As far as solving this mystery...there is no way for anyone to do that. You may want to wait until after your next period to consider beginning to cleanse agagin.

Thanks Dalene for replying to my question. I'll take your advice and wait till after my next period. I guess I'll see what happens from there.
