Hi there, is it recommended for a thin woman with pcos to exercise 5 days a week? I recently read 3 days is sufficient. I'm having trouble balancing things because most info about PCOS is for overweight women. I found myself losing too much weight (I'm 5"7 125lbs...want to be 130-135). I haven't really cut back on my fruits and root veggies because I'm scared I'll end up in a frail pole. Any response is appreciated.

Exercising 3 days for you would be fine. Listen to what your body says, don't push it!
