Fertility Recipe: Hemp Milk
We have been getting a lot of questions about hemp milk on the Natural Fertility Forums so we made this video and recipe to show you how easy hemp milk is to make.
Hemp milk is one of the healthiest nut milks which can be used in smoothies, cereal, or to replace milk in recipes. Hemp milk is also a great cow’s milk alternative for women with PCOS as it is high in protein and less congesting than dairy products.
Recipe
1/2C Hemp Seeds
1 Quart purified water
1-2T Agave nectar
1t vanilla extract
Liquefy in blender for 1 minute. Strain through nut milk bag. Keeps for up to 4 days in fridge.

EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique is a technique that can be used to better your chances of conceiving. Trying to conceive can be tiring both physically and mentally. This technique is wonderful because it addresses both fertility and stress reduction at the same time. While the practitioners cannot guarantee conception, they can guarantee that this will not lead to depression or any other emotional downfall for the client. It is a relatively cheap or free technique that can be applied by a practitioner or on oneself.

Thanks for your newsletter. Who would have guessed Hemp milk could aid in fertility. There has been a lot of controversy over cows milk and all the hormones in it. Hemp milk, being a nut milk does sound much healthier. It is so hard to decide what to believe about all the warnings of the dangers of dairy products. Learning there is a healthier choice out there in Hemp milk is good to know. Thanks once again.
