I made my smoothies every night for the mornings. (Because I am NOT a morning person!) I did purchase the smoothie recipes book which I printed out and put in a binder and put the pages in sheet protectors. Anyways. My husband LOVED them and I did too. He didn’t mind the maca as much as me but out of all the ingredients that was the only one I didn’t like the taste of. I sucked it down regardless if the recipe called for it. To my surprise I got pregnant that cycle and am now 7 weeks along!! Highly recommend. You need proper nutrition and exercise to be healthy and fertile- and pregnancy didn’t occur till my body felt healthy enough for it.
