I was wondering…I already take MACA, and I noticed the fertility kit contains Vitex. I was wondering if Vitex and Maca counteract each other, as they both balance hormones. I was told not to take 2 adaptogen herbs together, but it seems that you can according to your site. What is the recommended dosage for taking MACA and Vitex?

Two weekends ago I attended the Maya Abdominal Massage - Self Care. I went to the event open and excited. The instructors were Patience Harvey and Samantha Ford. Both certified MAM practitioners for years. There were 7 students in the class all coming to learn ways to take care of our uterus and ourselves. The Self-Care workshop was the best fertility event I have ever experienced. Not everyone there was focused on motherhood, some were women in menopause celebrating that the childbearing years were over. Others were there to honor themselves.
