Name: Brittany
Age: 32 years old
Number of years trying to get pregnant?: 10 years
What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?:
I had my first child without any fertility issues. But then after a very long 5 years TTC #2 unsuccessfully, I saw a Fertility specialist. Countless tests were done but everything kept coming back as “normal”. Did some Clomid assisted cycles (which were unsuccessful) & then had Laparoscopic surgery for diagnoses & then removal of Endometriosis. I later got pregnant twice (naturally) the first was after 7 years TTC & the second pregnancy was 2 years later (after 9 years TTC) but both ended in miscarriage.
What information and products made the difference for you?:
Information on endometriosis & bee propolis. Maca & Wobenzym N. Also, avoiding dairy made a huge difference in my endometriosis pain (& my fertility I’m sure)!!
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?:
I stopped drinking dairy. Since it’s highly inflammatory & noticed all the pain from my endometriosis vanished. I later started taking 500mg Bee Propolis (1-2x/day) & Maca supplements (both by capsule). I conceived twice, shortly after starting the supplements, but then miscarried. My Dr. (Obstetrician) kept advising me to stop taking all supplements once I conceived, so both times that’s what I did when I learned I was pregnant & shortly after I miscarried. Both times. About a year after the last miscarriage, I decided to start taking the 2 supplements again & after over 10 years TTC & having taken the supplements for just 4.5 weeks straight – I was pregnant!! This time I did NOT stop taking the bee propolis until I was 25 weeks along.
I also got the Wobenzym N which I hadn’t read about until I was almost 9 weeks pregnant, but decided to try & took for 4-5 weeks to help avoid pregnancy loss.
What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?:
Try avoiding inflammatory foods (dairy/cows milk is a huge one!) especially if you have endometriosis & try not to dwell on the amount of time you have been ttc. Because it could always be so much worse… when you do conceive, you will feel the wait was more than worth it! 🙂
How are you and your baby doing now? How old is your baby now?:
My little girl is doing great!
She just turned 2. So thankful for our little miracle & for the amazing wealth of information on this site! Considering TTC once more! 🙂
