It took me well over a decade to figure out that I have PCOS. No doctor was ever able to point it out. I don’t menstruate regularly and I started researching PCOS online before I was ready to have children just to try to figure out my body. What information and products made the difference for you?
I took your advice to use natural progesterone cream to combat my PCOS. It worked wonders, quickly got my cycle going and made me feel better in general. As a side note, vitamin D has also helped my skin. I got pregnant shortly after I started trying, with the help of progesterone cream. I miscarried once. I wondered if I had overdone it on the progesterone cream but the doctor said my progesterone looked on the low side so when I got pregnant again I made sure to use the full recommended dosage without fail.
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?
I also used Conceptions Tea. I believe I owe my pregnancy to progesterone cream but the tea may have helped too and I loved the flavor!
What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?
Try some natural solutions before going through typical fertility treatment. My doctors (two different doctors on 2 different occasions) prescribed synthetic progesterone cream and it was a disaster both times. Stick with natural.
