What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?
My husband and I had been to several fertility specialists and through many fertility treatments over the years. We managed to conceive in 2012, but sadly, lost that pregnancy. In 2013, we were finally told our only hope was IVF, so we started saving for that and, in the meantime, I decided to try the Fertility Cleanse.
What information and products made the difference for you?
The best information I received was overhauling my diet. I switched to a mostly plant-based diet and began exercising daily. I also did the Fertility Cleanse and began Self Fertility Massage.
I loved the fertility smoothies and teas in the kit.
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?
The first improvement I noticed was less pain during menstruation. I used to have debilitating pain that kept me in bed for the first two days of my period.
