This stuff is amazing...
Sea moss is one of my favorite sea weeds to eat for a couple of reasons.
It is high in minerals but is also has almost no taste.
✨ Here are some of its benefits ✨
1. provides 92 of the 102 minerals found in our bodies
2. iodine & selenium for thyroid function
3. rich in magnesium
4. detoxification support
5. provides fiber, prebiotic and probiotics for gut health
6. iron for healthy periods

This makes eating sea moss daily really easy.
I like to add 1-2 Tablespoons to my smoothies each day.
If you want to make your own sea moss gel (which will save you money) you will need to prepare it properly.
👉 This is how I make my sea moss gel..
1️⃣ Gather Ingredients & Tools:
1 cup (35g) raw dried sea moss
51 fl oz (1½ liters) water for washing and soaking
1 cup (240ml) water for blending
A blender or food processor
A large bowl
A clean glass jar with a lid
2️⃣ Clean & Rinse:
Add the dried sea moss to a large bowl with a few cups of spring water.
Massage gently with your fingers to remove any dirt or debris. The water will turn cloudy.
Rinse and drain the sea moss thoroughly.
3️⃣ Soak:
Place the cleaned sea moss back into the bowl and cover it with plenty of spring water.
Allow it to soak for 12-24 hours. This helps soften and hydrate the sea moss, turning it lighter in color.
4️⃣ Blend:
Drain the soaked sea moss and add it to a blender with 1 cup of fresh water.
Blend until smooth. For a looser consistency, add more water gradually, one tablespoon at a time.
5️⃣ Store:
Pour the blended gel into a sealable glass jar.
Refrigerate for up to 2-3 weeks. It will thicken as it chills.
For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and transfer cubes to a freezer bag once solid.

Fact: The fertile window can be up to 6 days, including the days leading up to and the day of ovulation, due to sperm’s ability to survive in the female reproductive tract for several days.
👉🏽 Myth #4: Having s3x everyday increases your chances of pregnancy
Fact: While regular intercourse is important, having sex every day can decrease sperm quality. It’s more effective to have sex every 2-3 days during the fertile window.

Fact: Ovulation can vary widely among women and even from cycle to cycle. It typically occurs 10-16 days before the start of the next period.

Have you considered this?
I had hypothyroid for the past 12 years. I no longer have it.
About 3 years ago I stopped taking Synthroid. I felt it wasn’t really doing anything for my numbers. At the time my doctor was confused, but I said, I am going to focus on this for the next year and let’s see where my numbers are after.
Went to my follow up the following year and my numbers went down and were in a healthy range.
Here is what I changed.
Deep nutrition.
I went plant based.
I started adding dark leafy greens to my smoothies (yes, including kale)
I started eating sea moss and sea weeds multiple times per week.
I drink green juice multiple times per week.
I Increased my essential fatty acids from foods - mostly ground flax added to my smoothies. I also do chia pudding here and there.
