What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?:
I met my husband (and got married a year later) when I was 39 (he 41) and we were hoping for family but we were not interested in IVF. I had 2 miscarriages at (40, 41) at around week 12. First I wasn’t concerned but the second time I realised I have no time for many more miscarriages and I had the feeling my health wasn’t particularly good, I was joking, the guarantee is over around age 40 🙂 It started with a new year’s resolution, that I won’t eat refined sugar but then I started to educate myself and stopped eating processed/packed food all together.
What information and products made the difference for you? :
I have watched all the youtube videos from Hethir, I listened to the Fertility Friday podcasts etc. I remember eating/drinking quite a lot of maca, but I couldn’t really order products as such from the States (living in the UK back then). I’ve also read all the over 40’s success stories and as I could really find first child stories so I’ve promised myself, I’ll send mine in if it happens. It is definitely very important and game changing to be able to believe in health and fertility without being to stressed about it.
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?:
It’s been 2 years now when I went through the journey but I think the biggest difference came from what I stopped taking/eating, in the form of petrochemical related food and skincare additives/chemicals.
What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?:
Finding a community to be able to believe in ourselves and keep going on the path! Clean eating and clean environment maybe the most important part.
How are you and your baby doing now? How old is your baby now?: Jasmine is 13 months old and she is fit as a fiddle. Sleep deprivation was hard at the beginning but it’s all worth it.
