Here is what I would do ⤵️
If I was experiencing heavy periods here is how I would use castor oil packs...
I would first make sure the castor oil I was using is the following:
📌 Organic: Choose only organic castor oil for purity.
📌 Glass Bottle: Opt for glass storage to maintain quality.
📌 Chemical-Free: Ensure it’s hexane and chemical-free.

👉 This is how I make my sea moss gel..
1️⃣ Gather Ingredients & Tools:
1 cup (35g) raw dried sea moss
51 fl oz (1½ liters) water for washing and soaking
1 cup (240ml) water for blending
A blender or food processor
A large bowl
A clean glass jar with a lid
2️⃣ Clean & Rinse:
Add the dried sea moss to a large bowl with a few cups of spring water.
Massage gently with your fingers to remove any dirt or debris. The water will turn cloudy.
Rinse and drain the sea moss thoroughly.
3️⃣ Soak:
Place the cleaned sea moss back into the bowl and cover it with plenty of spring water.
Allow it to soak for 12-24 hours. This helps soften and hydrate the sea moss, turning it lighter in color.
4️⃣ Blend:
Drain the soaked sea moss and add it to a blender with 1 cup of fresh water.
Blend until smooth. For a looser consistency, add more water gradually, one tablespoon at a time.
5️⃣ Store:
Pour the blended gel into a sealable glass jar.
Refrigerate for up to 2-3 weeks. It will thicken as it chills.
For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and transfer cubes to a freezer bag once solid.

✔️ A short luteal phase, for example, might indicate low progesterone levels, which can affect your ability to maintain a pregnancy.
✔️ An extended follicular phase could suggest challenges with egg maturation or release, potentially pointing to conditions like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
Once you start charting, you’ll notice patterns. Typically, you’ll see lower temperatures before ovulation and higher ones after. The day after your temperature spikes is likely the day after you’ve ovulated.
