What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop?
Before natural fertility I was referred to a fertility specialist because I had high FSH.
I have never been pregnant before and was scared that I had missed the “window”. Both my husband and I were tested for everything under the sun and were told that we have “unexplained infertility”. I for one do not appreciate negative words like infertile. I believe that we are mind over matter and just having to go to the “fertility specialist” was messing with my mojo. After many months of “trying” and doing 1 IUI procedure we deiced to go on a “natural” route to fertility…which led me right to this website.
What information and products made the difference for you?

Which products did you take and for how long?
First I changed my diet to the natural fertility diet.
I quit smoking (even though I was only smoking a few cigs per day)
I did the fertility cleanse (1 month)
I took Vitex (2 months)
Maca (2-4 months)
Royal jelly / Bee pollen – alternating (2-3 months)
COQ10 200 mg – 3 x per day (2 months)
DHEA – 25 mg – 3 x per day (2 months)
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?
No changes that I noticed, I felt good. I gained some weight, I figured this was due to the change in my diet.
What is some advice would you give others going through their fertility journey?
My advice is to try the natural way, especially if you have no fertility issues.
Trust your instinct. Try the natural route before pumping your body full of poison. Stay loving and kind to your partner and most important ENJOY the journey.
Love yourself, love your partner. Have FUN trying to conceive. Take the vitamins and herbs discussed on this website. Feed your body healthy alternatives that nurture conception. Be patient and loving with yourself and your partner.

How are you and your baby doing now? How old is your baby now?
Oliver is going to be 1 year old next week. He is the love of my life. I know I am blessed to have him and I cherish every moment with him. I just celebrated my first Mother’s Day, although I do celebrate being a mother every day.
