What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?
We were trying to get pregnant with our second as we really wanted another child and for our son to have a sibling. We conceived very quickly with our son but trying for the second proved to be difficult. I did conceive after trying for about 4 months but it resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. Then we were forced to wait 3 months before trying again. It was devastating to me at the time because I was 40 years old and I felt like I was racing against the clock.

What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?
You hear it all the time about trying to stay calm and centered when trying to conceive but it can be very difficult when month after month its just not happening. I think the most important thing you can do is really try to just take care of yourself – be kind to your body, get pampered, treat yourself to the things that make you feel good. As soon as I was able to calm down and focus on feeling good and treating my body well my situation turned around.
How are you and your baby doing now? How old is your baby now?
I delivered my baby girl on May 1, 2015. She came 6 weeks early but has been remarkably strong and has had no issues at all from being born early. She is just over 5 months old now and is giving us big smiles and laughs, lots of chatter and already is trying to roll over. I am so blessed to have both my son and daughter and overall am in a very happy place.
