What are some vitamins to help with men’s sperm count or some tips?
Hethir:
One of the best things your man should look into is MACA.
In studies treatment with maca resulted in increased seminal volume, sperm count per ejaculation, and sperm motility.
Also make sure he is eating a wholefoods diet and staying away from hot tubs, tight underwear, and cigarettes.
Hope that helps,
Hethir

Hi, Your website is wonderful…so informative. I don’t see anything directly addressing my issue - I stopped taking the birth control pill almost 5 months ago (after taking it for 13 years) and have not had a period since. My blood work originally showed low estrogen and low progesterone - my estrogen has increased and is now “normal” but my progesterone is low. My naturopath thinks that my ovaries have yet to “wake up” after being on the pill for so long. I am seeing an acupuncturist and have decreased my exercise level (I am a runner and I have heard that excessive exercise can be a problem.)
