If we haven’t said it before, we love Maca around here! It’s one of our favorite fertility superfoods. We have no shortage of information on the amazing Peruvian root vegetable Maca (Lepidium meyenii) and its fertility benefits, yet are always looking for new ways to help you incorporate it into your Fertility Program. It’s easily added to Fertility Smoothies, sprinkled on popcorn, added to baked goods, made into Hot Maca Milk or Mighty Maca Ice Cream, and now made into a tasty iced latte or added to breakfast. Enjoy these two new and tasty recipes from our Customer Care Specialist, Sonia Anselmo!

1 tsp. Active Bee Power Royal Jelly, raw honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. powdered cinnamon

To Make: Combine all of the ingredients into a quart-sized container with a lid (glass Mason jars or clean, recycled pickle jars work well) and stir to combine well. Refrigerate overnight and breakfast will be ready in the morning!
Sonia shares, “I like to make several servings at once in different jars, so that mornings are a breeze for several days. This is also delicious topped with some fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas…). You can bump up the protein even more by adding one scoop of FertiliWhey Protein Powder [or Fertilica Plant Protein Powder (omit the vanilla extract if you choose this plant protein)], which is a nice addition too.”
