Audrey’s Pregnancy Success Story
Age: 34 years old
Number of years trying to get pregnant?: 8 years
What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?:
I had a unique case because I have only had a handful of natural periods my whole life. During my college years, I was put on birth control to “regulate” me, but I did not feel comfortable putting that drug into my body and covering up the issue. After that point, I just gave up because that was the medical doctors only solution. Several years later I got married and we both wanted children right away. I decided to try a new doctor and he was a nice doctor, but still treated me with drugs– letrizole and chlomid, instead of looking into the root issue. He did run several hormone panels throughout my treatment, but still used drugs as a treatment. After some surgeries to rule out endometriosis, blocked tubes, or PCOS, they found that my ovaries looked pretty good. They decided to put me on a hormone pump that would give me a dose of the female hormones my body did not produce and mimic a natural cycle, and my husband and I ended up conceiving our son. After I stopped breastfeeding him I was eager to see if my cycles would come…but they did not, so I spent the next year and a half changing my diet and looking for natural solutions that would aid my body in working the way it is designed to work. I began working with an herbalist and thankfully, I stumbling upon Natural Fertility Shop while watching some YouTube videos.
What information and products made the difference for you?:
I loved all of the resources they have available at the Natural Fertility Shop website. I really appreciated their “How to get your period back” article, “The Natural Fertility Diet” article, and “Natural Guide for Menstrual Health” article. But I loved all of their information–talking about how to use herbs, how to massage, fertility super foods– I just learned so much! I began to incorporate the practices into my life and followed the recommended diet. I also loved that I could call if I had any questions. The staff there were so kind, educated and helpful. The products I felt made a difference was taking Vitex at the beginning, followed by Rejuvaflow, then I did the Fertility Cleanse, and had to stop at the Fertilicare Program because I found out I was pregnant! I was also taking Maca.
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?:
Physically, I saw more signs that my hormones were “waking up,” tender breasts, higher libido, and mucus. I also felt more energized!
What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?:
Don’t give up and have hope! That was one thing that I really struggled with and would fall into despair about. I did not think I would ever be able to ovulate and I would lose hope, which would lead me to feelings of giving up. Thankfully, I was able to wake up the next day back in the game, ready to eat healthy, take the herbs and supplements recommended, work on managing stress, and take time for myself. Also, I am Christian and I also have to credit God for mercy and works in my life. He really opened my eyes to have hope, to see what is causing me stress, and to also see some disorders in my life that were causing me to stumble and keep me from living healthy. I also thank Him for leading me to Natural Fertility Shop.
How are you and your baby doing now? How old is your baby now?:
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant! I know it is still early, but I have so much for hope and to even be at this point, blows my mind! Since I am still in my first trimester, I am experiencing the joys of nausea and being tired, but I am so thankful!
