What was your fertility journey prior to finding Natural-Fertility-Info.com and the NaturalFertilityShop.com?
I began trying to conceive in 2008 and had 4 IUIs before becoming pregnant with my first son via IVF in 2011. I started trying for my second, I had three very early miscarriages and then did an embryo transfer in August 2013 with the remaining embryo I had from IVF. It was not successful and I knew I didn’t have the financial resources for another IVF cycle so I did some research and found natural-fertility-info!
What information and products made the difference for you?
I started with the Fertility Cleanse (my husband did it too) and the took maca, royal jelly, L-lysine, and vitamin D.
What changes and benefits did you experience from taking the products?
I believe my progesterone levels increased post-ovulation. I had them tested about 6 weeks after I started taking maca and they were normal. Although I never had the level tested before I started taking maca, I had 5 or more days of spotting prior to my period, a classic sign of low progesterone. After maca, I did not experience spotting prior to my period.
What is some advice you would give others going through their fertility journey?
