Essential oils I like to use for fertility
Be sure to choose therapeutic grade essential oils
- Therapeutic grade EOs are tested for purity (chromeography)
Caution: Do not use these during pregnancy

Geranium
- used as an adrenal cortex stimulant
- helps to regulate the menstrual cycle and balance hormones
- detoxifying to the lymphatic system
- mood uplifting, helpful for anxiety, and is an antidepressant
Rose Otto
- supportive for PMS
- regulates the menstrual cycle
- relaxes the uterus
- helps to inspire confidence in expressing oneself sexually, an aphrodisiac
- assists with depression and grief; this may be a great oil for those who have miscarried or have a failed IVF
Clary Sage
- reduces menstrual cramps
- uterine tonic
- also supportive for PMS
- encourages hormonal imbalance
- may have estrogenic effects that help to regulate the menstrual cycle
- helpful for depression and anxiety
Lavender
(Lavandula angustifolia)
- a great oil for every ailment
- circulatory stimulant
- immune stimulant
- balancing for all body systems
- supportive of mood swings associated with PMS or hormonal imbalance
Jasmine
(Jasminum grandiflorum, Jasminum officinale)
*Very strong – just one drop is all that is needed!
- aphrodisiac
- overall female reproductive health
- strengthening for the male sex organs

Fertilica Radiant Womb
Radiant Womb is a therapeutic massage oil I designed to help support reproductive health. It is infused with medicinal herbs and therapeutic grade essential oils such as Calendula, Yarrow, Motherwort, Geranium, Clary Sage, Rose and Ginger.
Ways to Use Essential Oils
Inhalation
- steam
- diffuser
Transdermal (skin)
- dilute in lotion or oil (grapeseed, jojoba, coconut, sweet almond); 3-5 drops in 1 oz. carrier oil
- for fertility – focus on rubbing them on the abdomen and feet
- add to sea salts and pour into a bath; up to 10 drops EO to 1 cup salt
Essential Oil Bath Recipe
1 drop clary sage
1 drop ylang ylang
2 drops lavender
1 drop orange
1 cup salt
Add EO’s to the salt, stir and then pour into a hot bath and enjoy!
Reminders!
Keep out of reach of children.
More is not better.
Just a drop goes a long way!
Test oils on a patch of skin, if rash occurs, discontinue use.
